As it was my first experience, I was unsure of what to expect, but I was so impressed with the entire process. The IHOOT Vacations for Vets Program customer service was exceptional, addressing all of my questions and concerns. From check-in through the entire stay, everything exceeded my expectations. The resort in Orlando was wonderful and great location! I am truly thankful for this program, experience and the impact it has had on me and my family. It truly means a lot.
