While our trip to Reunion Resort didn’t start off great, I want to make it clear that none of the issues we experienced were the fault of iHoot. Unfortunately, on our very first day, our car was broken into and all of our belongings were stolen before we even finished unpacking. On top of that, the A/C in our original room wasn’t working.
That said, the Reunion Resort staff acted quickly and moved us to a new room without hesitation. I’m giving iHoot five stars because they absolutely delivered on their end.
As for Reunion Resort, I’d rate it four stars. The facilities are beautiful and the staff was helpful, but the lack of visible security or surveillance cameras is concerning. Our situation was unfortunate and likely due to bad timing and bad people in the area, not the resort or iHoot itself.
After everything, I was still able to enjoy the Food & Wine Festival with my family. The resort is a short commute to Disney, and I was able to use the resort transportation with no issues.
I’d definitely use iHoot again, but I do think Reunion could improve its security.
