The IHOOT Vacation program was a major highlight of our experience. The staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel welcoming. They did a great job explaining the program and making sure we understood the benefits and opportunities available. Their customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as guests.
