This was my first time using IHOOT and I was a little hesitant at first. Our original submission dates and locations were not available, but Betty worked great with us and explained things well. We got our second set of submission and enjoyed a road tripping to AZ for Grand Canyon. This trip helped us take a step back to breathe for the first time after I had open heart surgery 8 months ago. This program takes pressure off vets for breathing moments. Definitely using again! Thank you IHOOT.
