I heard about this program through another Veteran earlier this year. It initially sounded too good to be true. I logged onto the website, reviewed the orientation video and then saw all the places that IHOOT partners with. I was amazed. I had never been to Hawaii and always wanted to go so I chose a location in Kauai. I was able to get a week stay at the Bali Hai Villas in Kauai. The location was well maintained and the staff were very helpful and professional. Kauai was amazing! Thank you IHOOT
