Free Accommodation for families and friends can save you $1,900 to $7,600 per 8-day/7-night stay depending on when and where you travel.
Select 3 destinations to add when you apply, so it’s one is not available, we can assign you another one of your preference.
12 weeks between application and check-in date is recommended.
Only one dwelling per family.
Lodging only, travel-related services are NOT included.
Processing fees cover the cost for the personnel that matches the exact location, dates, family, and special requirements in your application with a Resort “Home Away from Home.

Even IHOOT VETS PROGRAM provides FREE ACCOMMODATION, processing fees are prorated as follows:
- Active Duty: $100
- Veterans and Unmarried Widows with Proof of Active Service: $125
- DoD Civilians supporting Active Duty: $175
- High Risk: $300 Fee is required for those applicants who already applied for the Veterans Vacation Program but have canceled a confirmed reservation or canceled a confirmed reservation too close to the check-in date and want to apply again.
- Processing fees are non-refundable because they are used to pay for work in progress or work completed.
