Uploaded images, including embedded location data (EXIF GPS), can be downloaded and extracted from publicly posted images.

Comments and associated metadata are kept indefinitely for moderation and spam protection.

Registered Accounts

Order and application information is stored for at least 1 year or as required for:

• Tax or accounting regulations
• Fraud prevention
• Legal compliance

• Payment details processed externally via Stripe, not on IHOOT servers

How IHOOT Handles Military Documents

We may request proof of honorable service (DD214). IHOOT certifies to:

• Store documents securely
• Use them solely for verification
• Will not share them with third parties except as legally required
• Delete or anonymize documents upon request after application completion

Who Has Access

Authorized personnel, Program Managers, Administrators and Shop Managers may access:

• Order details
• Application information
• Eligibility documentation
• Contact information
• Customer service requests

Access is strictly limited to operational purposes.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

IHOOT only shares data with trusted service providers that are needed to operate internal programs:

• Payment processors: Stripe, PayPal, vCita
• Email and communication services
• Fraud/security services
• Website hosting and backup providers
• Form and CRM tools

IHOOT never sells or rents personal data.

Stripe Payments

Processing fees are processed securely through Stripe. It only receives necessary information to verify transactions.

Users may leave reviews on:

• Google Profile

IHOOT may request permission to publicly display reviews.

To update or remove a review: Email your request to admin@ihoot.org. Include your name, platform, a link and/or screenshot of the review and the reason for requesting removal

IHOOT does not knowingly collect information from children. If it’s discovered that information from a child under 13 was received without parental consent, it will be deleted. Parents may also request deletion at: admin@ihoot.org.
