Select dates/location for only one (1) destination. (If you select more than one resort, only the first one will be taken in consideration)
12 Week & 365 Day Rules are waived for this Promotion Only.
Lodging only, travel-related services are NOT included.
Processing fees cover the cost for the personnel that matches the exact location, dates, family, and special requirements in your application with a Resort “Home Away from Home” therefore are non-refundable.
Processing fees are prorated as follows:
- Active Duty: $100
- Veterans and Unmarried Widows with Proof of Active Service: $125
- DoD Civilians supporting Active Duty: $175
- High Risk Applicants: A $300 fee is required for those applicants who have previously canceled a confirmation too close to the check-in date unless extenuating circumstances were awarded.
- Eligibility is revoked after a 2nd cancellation.
- Processing fees are non-refundable because they are used to pay for work in progress or work completed.
- If a dispute is filed with PayPal or a Credit Card provider to circumvent the “non-refundable” rule, eligibility to apply for free lodging or free airfare or free ticketing through IHOOT will be permanently revoked regardless of the outcome because it causes a loss to the non-profit Foundation.
